The Explore section lets you browse investment portfolios from hedge funds, politicians, and curated investment themes. See what professional investors are holding and discover stocks grouped by compelling themes.

## Understanding the Data

### Performance Metrics

Each portfolio card shows:

* **Holdings** — Number of stocks in the portfolio
* **YTD Return** — Year-to-date performance (green = positive, red = negative)

### Data Sources

* **Hedge funds:** 13F filings with the SEC (updated quarterly)
* **Politicians:** Congressional financial disclosures (updated as filed)
* **Themes:** Curated by Rallies based on investment thesis

### Limitations

* 13F data is delayed (filed 45 days after quarter end)
* Politician disclosures can be delayed up to 45 days
* Holdings represent a snapshot in time
* Performance calculations are approximate
