How to Upgrade Your Plan

How to Upgrade on Web

  1. Click your profile icon in the top right corner of any page
  2. Select “Settings” from the dropdown menu
  3. Click the “Subscription” tab in the left sidebar
  4. Click “Upgrade to Pro”
  5. Choose your billing cycle:
    • Monthly ($19/month)
    • Annual ($99/year) — best value
  6. Enter your payment information:
    • Card number
    • Expiration date
    • CVC
    • Billing ZIP code
  7. Click “Subscribe”
Your Pro features activate immediately. You’ll see a confirmation message and receive a receipt via email.

How to Upgrade on iOS

  1. Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top left corner
  2. Tap “Settings”
  3. Tap “Subscription”
  4. Tap “Upgrade to Pro”
  5. Choose Monthly or Annual
  6. Confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password
ℹ️ Note: iOS subscriptions are processed through Apple. Your payment method on file with your Apple ID will be charged.

How to Upgrade on Android

  1. Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top left corner
  2. Tap “Settings”
  3. Tap “Subscription”
  4. Tap “Upgrade to Pro”
  5. Choose Monthly or Annual
  6. Complete payment through Google Play
ℹ️ Note: Android subscriptions are processed through Google Play. Your payment method on file with Google will be charged.

Starting a Free Trial

If you’re new to Pro and eligible for a free trial:
  1. Follow the upgrade steps above
  2. On the payment screen, you’ll see “Start 7-Day Free Trial”
  3. Enter your payment method (required but not charged during trial)
  4. Confirm to start your trial
During your trial:
  • You have full access to all Pro features
  • Your card will not be charged until the trial ends
  • You can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged
After your trial:
  • If you don’t cancel, your subscription begins automatically
  • You’ll be charged the plan price you selected (monthly or annual)
  • You can still cancel anytime after—you’ll keep access until the end of your paid period

What Happens After You Upgrade

Immediately:
  • All Pro features unlock
  • AI query limits are removed
  • Data switches to real-time
  • You receive a confirmation email with your receipt
Billing:
  • Your card is charged immediately (unless on trial)
  • Your renewal date is set based on your billing cycle
  • Monthly: You’ll be charged the same date each month
  • Annual: You’ll be charged the same date next year
Your data:
  • All your existing watchlists, portfolios, and settings remain unchanged
  • You can now create unlimited watchlists and add unlimited alerts

Using a Promotional Code

If you have a discount or promotional code:
  1. Follow the upgrade steps until you reach the payment screen
  2. Look for “Have a promo code?” link below the price
  3. Click it and enter your code
  4. Click “Apply”
  5. The discounted price will appear
  6. Complete your purchase

Troubleshooting

“My payment was declined”
  • Check that your card number, expiration date, and CVC are entered correctly
  • Ensure your card has sufficient funds
  • Try a different payment method
  • Contact your bank if the issue persists—they may be blocking the transaction

  • Try logging out and back in
  • On mobile, force-close the app and reopen it
  • Wait a few minutes—sometimes activation takes a moment
  • Check Settings > Subscription to confirm your plan shows as “Pro”

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I try Pro before committing?

Yes, new users are eligible for a 7-day free trial with full Pro access. You’ll need to enter a payment method, but you won’t be charged unless the trial ends without cancellation.

What payment methods do you accept?

On web, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. On iOS, payment goes through your Apple ID. On Android, payment goes through Google Play.

Can I upgrade in the middle of a billing period?

Yes, you can upgrade anytime. If you’re moving from a trial or from Free to Pro, your Pro subscription starts immediately.

Is the annual plan refundable?

If you’re not satisfied within the first 14 days of a new Pro subscription, contact support for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are not available, but you can cancel to prevent future renewals. See refund policy →
