Email Preferences & Digest Settings

Control what emails you receive from Rallies and how often you receive them.

Email Types

Rallies sends several types of emails:

Managing Email Preferences

​

On Web

1. Go to Settings → Notifications or Settings → Email
2. Toggle each email type on/off
3. Changes save automatically

On Mobile

1. Open Settings → Notifications
2. Scroll to Email section
3. Toggle preferences as desired

From Email Footer

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link:

1. Scroll to the bottom of any Rallies email
2. Click “Unsubscribe” or “Manage Preferences”
3. Adjust your settings

Digest Settings

​

Daily Digest

Receive a morning summary of your watchlists:

• Included: Prices, daily change, any triggered alerts
• Timing: Sent around 7 AM in your timezone
• Toggle: Settings → Email → Daily Digest

Weekly Digest

Get a weekly summary every Sunday:

• Included: Week’s performance, top movers, upcoming earnings
• Timing: Sent Sunday evening
• Toggle: Settings → Email → Weekly Digest

Digest Customization

Customize what’s in your digests:

1. Go to Settings → Email → Digest Content
2. Select which watchlists to include
3. Choose what data points matter most
4. Save preferences

Alert Email Settings

For price alerts and earnings notifications:

Delivery Options

• Instant: Get emails immediately when alerts trigger
• Batched: Receive hourly or daily batches instead of instant
• Off: Disable email alerts (still available in-app)

Setting Alert Preferences

1. Go to Settings → Notifications → Alerts
2. Choose Email, Push, Both, or Neither
3. Select instant or batched delivery

Unsubscribing from All Marketing

To stop all non-essential emails:

1. Go to Settings → Email
2. Click “Unsubscribe from All” (if available)
3. Or toggle off each category individually

Note: You’ll still receive transactional emails (receipts, security alerts, password resets).

Re-Subscribing

Changed your mind? Re-enable emails anytime:

1. Go to Settings → Email
2. Toggle on the email types you want
3. Or click links in your account to re-subscribe

Troubleshooting

Not receiving emails?

• Check your spam/junk folder
• Add @rallies.ai to your contacts
• Verify your email address in Settings
• More troubleshooting →

Getting too many emails?

• Switch from instant to batched alerts
• Reduce the number of price alerts
• Turn off daily digest if weekly is enough

​

Emails going to spam?

• Mark Rallies emails as “Not Spam”
• Add [email protected] and [email protected] to contacts
• Check if your email provider has strict filtering

Frequently Asked Questions

​

Can I get alerts by email only (no push)?

Yes. Go to Settings → Notifications and enable email while disabling push for each alert type.

Can I change what time digests are sent?

Digest timing is based on your timezone setting. Update your timezone in Settings → Account if needed.

​

Why do I still get some emails after unsubscribing?

Transactional emails (receipts, password resets, security) cannot be unsubscribed from. These are essential for account function.

Can I get digests for only certain watchlists?

Yes, in digest settings you can select which watchlists to include.
