How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your Rallies Pro subscription anytime. This guide shows you how, and explains what happens after you cancel.Before You Cancel
A few things to know:- You’ll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period
- Your data (watchlists, portfolios, chat history) is never deleted
- You can resubscribe anytime to restore Pro features
- If you’re having issues, we’d love to help—contact support
- Downgrade but stay subscribed (switch to a lower plan) →

Cancel on Web
- Go to rallies.ai and sign in
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner
- Select Settings
- Click the Subscription tab in the left sidebar
- Click “Cancel subscription”
- Select a reason (optional, helps us improve)
- Click “Confirm cancellation”
Cancel on iOS (Apple App Store)
If you subscribed through the iOS app, you need to cancel through Apple:- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your name at the top (Apple ID)
- Tap Subscriptions
- Find and tap Rallies
- Tap Cancel Subscription
- Confirm when prompted
⚠️ Important: Canceling in the Rallies app settings won’t work for App Store subscriptions. You must cancel through Apple’s subscription management.Alternative method:
- Open the App Store app
- Tap your profile icon in the top right
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Rallies and cancel from there
Cancel on Android (Google Play)
If you subscribed through the Android app, cancel through Google Play:- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap your profile icon in the top right
- Tap Payments & subscriptions
- Tap Subscriptions
- Find and tap Rallies
- Tap Cancel subscription
- Follow the prompts to confirm
⚠️ Important: You must cancel through Google Play, not in the Rallies app settings.Alternative method:
- Go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions in a browser
- Sign in with your Google account
- Find Rallies and select Cancel
What Happens After You Cancel
Immediately
- Your cancellation is confirmed via email
- Your subscription is set to not renew
Until Your Billing Period Ends
- You keep full Pro access
- All features continue working normally
- Your renewal date becomes your “Pro access ends” date
After Your Billing Period Ends
- Your account converts to the Free tier
- You lose access to Pro features (unlimited queries, real-time data, Deep Research, etc.)
- Your data remains intact (watchlists, portfolios, chat history—nothing is deleted)
- You can continue using Rallies with Free tier limits
Check Your Cancellation Status
To confirm your subscription is set to cancel:- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Look for status showing “Cancels on [date]” or “Will not renew”
- You should have received a confirmation email
Cancel a Free Trial
If you’re on a free trial and want to cancel before being charged: On Web: Follow the same steps as regular cancellation above. Cancel before your trial end date to avoid being charged. On iOS: You must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Apple processes renewals 24 hours early. On Android: Cancel anytime before your trial end date.
