Restarting a Cancelled Subscription

Changed your mind about Rallies Pro? Welcome back! Here’s how to reactivate your subscription.

How to Re-Subscribe

On Web

  1. Click your profile iconSettings
  2. Go to “Billing” or “Subscription”
  3. Click “Upgrade to Pro” or “Reactivate”
  4. Choose Monthly or Annual
  5. Confirm your payment method
  6. Click “Subscribe”

On Mobile (iOS)

  1. Open the Rallies app
  2. Go to Settings → Subscription
  3. Tap “Upgrade to Pro”
  4. Follow the prompts to subscribe via Apple

On Mobile (Android)

  1. Open the Rallies app
  2. Go to Settings → Subscription
  3. Tap “Upgrade to Pro”
  4. Complete the purchase via Google Play

What Gets Restored

When you re-subscribe, we restore:
  • All your watchlists (even those hidden when you downgraded)
  • All your price alerts (re-enabled automatically)
  • AI conversation history (never deleted)
  • Portfolio data (always preserved)
  • Full AI Arena access
  • Unlimited AI queries
  • Real-time data

Re-Subscribing Before Your Period Ends

If you cancelled but your current billing period hasn’t ended yet:
  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Look for “Undo Cancellation” or “Reactivate”
  3. Click it to resume your subscription
  4. Your subscription continues as if you never cancelled
  5. No additional charge until your normal renewal date
This is the easiest way to restart—no new payment needed.

Re-Subscribing After Your Period Ends

If your subscription has already expired:
  1. You’ll need to start a new subscription
  2. Normal pricing applies (monthly or annual)
  3. Your new billing cycle starts immediately
  4. All your data is restored instantly

Pricing When You Return

When you re-subscribe:
  • Standard pricing applies
  • No re-activation fee
  • Promotional rates from your original signup don’t carry over
  • New promos may be available (check the upgrade page)

Trial Eligibility

Free trials are typically one per customer:
  • If you’ve used a trial before, you won’t get another
  • You can still subscribe at the regular price
  • Some promotional periods may offer “return” discounts

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I lose my data if I wait too long to re-subscribe?

No. We retain your account data indefinitely. Whether you re-subscribe after a week or a year, your watchlists, history, and portfolio will be there.

Can I switch from monthly to annual when re-subscribing?

Yes! When you re-subscribe, you can choose either monthly or annual billing. Many people switch to annual to save 17%.

Will my old price be honored?

Generally, no. You’ll pay the current subscription price. If you had a promotional rate, those are typically not renewable.

What if I was billed by Apple/Google before?

If you originally subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, you’ll need to re-subscribe through the same platform to use your original payment method.
