Downloading Receipts & Invoices

Need a receipt for your Rallies subscription? Here’s how to access and download your billing documents.

Accessing Your Receipts

On Web

  1. Click your profile iconSettings
  2. Go to “Billing”
  3. Click “Billing History” or “View Invoices”
  4. Find the receipt you need
  5. Click “Download” or the download icon

On Mobile

  1. Open the Rallies app
  2. Go to Settings → Subscription → Billing History
  3. Tap the receipt you want
  4. Tap “Download PDF” or share option

What’s Included on Receipts

Each receipt contains:
  • Invoice number - Unique identifier
  • Date - When the charge occurred
  • Amount - Total charged
  • Description - Plan name and billing period
  • Payment method - Last 4 digits of card used
  • Tax information - If applicable

Email Receipts

After each payment, we automatically send a receipt to your account email. Not receiving receipts?
  1. Check your spam/junk folder
  2. Add [email protected] to your contacts
  3. Verify your email is correct in Settings
  4. Troubleshoot email delivery →

Downloading for Specific Purposes

For Expense Reports

  1. Download the PDF receipt
  2. It contains all standard business expense information
  3. Submit with your expense claim

For Tax Records

  1. Download all receipts for the tax year
  2. Rallies subscriptions may be deductible as a business expense (consult your tax advisor)
  3. Keep receipts for your records

For Reimbursement

  1. Download the specific receipt
  2. Receipt shows amount, date, and description
  3. Submit to your employer or organization

Consolidated Statements

Need a summary of all charges for a period?
  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Billing History
  2. Download individual receipts
  3. For a consolidated annual statement, contact support

Receipt Format

Receipts are provided as:
  • PDF - Standard downloadable format
  • Email - Sent automatically after each charge
PDFs are ideal for:
  • Printing
  • Attaching to expense reports
  • Long-term record keeping

Missing Receipt?

If you can’t find a receipt:
  1. Check email - Search for “Rallies” or “receipt”
  2. Check billing history - All charges are logged in Settings
  3. Contact support - We can resend any receipt

How far back can I see receipts?

Your entire billing history is available as long as you have a Rallies account.

Can I get receipts for App Store purchases?

For iOS subscriptions, you’ll need to get receipts from Apple:
  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find and download your receipt

Can I change the email receipts are sent to?

Receipts go to your account email. Update your email in Settings to change where receipts are sent.

Do receipts include tax?

If tax was charged, it will appear on your receipt. Tax requirements vary by location.

Can I get an invoice instead of a receipt?

Our receipts contain all standard invoice information. If you need a specific invoice format for your business, contact support.
