Understanding Your Invoice

After each payment, Rallies sends you an invoice via email. Here’s how to understand what’s on it and how to access your billing history.

What’s on Your Invoice

Each invoice includes:

Invoice NumberUnique identifier for this invoice
Invoice DateWhen the charge was processed
Billing PeriodThe dates your subscription covers
DescriptionPlan name (e.g., “Rallies Pro - Monthly”)
AmountTotal charged
Payment MethodLast 4 digits of the card used
StatusPaid, Pending, or Failed

Viewing Your Invoices

On Web

  1. Click your profile iconSettings
  2. Go to “Billing”
  3. Click “Billing History” or “View Invoices”
  4. Click any invoice to view details

On Mobile

  1. Tap SettingsSubscription
  2. Tap “Billing History”
  3. Select an invoice to view

Downloading Invoices

To download a PDF invoice:
  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Billing History
  2. Find the invoice you need
  3. Click “Download PDF” or the download icon
  4. Save the file to your device
You can download invoices for:
  • Tax records
  • Expense reports
  • Reimbursement requests

Common Invoice Items

Rallies Pro - Monthly

Your monthly Pro subscription charge.

Rallies Pro - Annual

Your annual Pro subscription charge (covers 12 months).

Prorated Credit

A credit applied when you switch plans mid-cycle.

Prorated Charge

A partial charge when upgrading mid-cycle (you only pay for remaining days).

Invoice Email Not Received?

If you didn’t get your invoice email:
  1. Check spam/junk folder - Invoices may be filtered
  2. Verify your email - Make sure it’s correct in Settings
  3. Add us to contacts - Whitelist [email protected]
  4. Download from Settings - Access invoices directly in the app

Discrepancies on Your Invoice

If something looks wrong:
  1. Check the billing period - Make sure dates match your expectation
  2. Review plan changes - Did you upgrade or downgrade?
  3. Look for prorations - Mid-cycle changes create partial charges/credits
  4. Contact support - We’ll investigate any billing issues

Frequently Asked Questions

How long are invoices available?

Your complete billing history is available for as long as you have a Rallies account.

Can I get invoices sent to a different email?

Invoices are sent to your account email. To change this, update your email in Settings.

Do invoices show my full card number?

No. For security, invoices only show the last 4 digits of your payment method.

Can I get a consolidated annual invoice?

If you’re on a monthly plan and need an annual summary for tax purposes, contact support and we can provide one.
