Understanding Your Invoice
After each payment, Rallies sends you an invoice via email. Here’s how to understand what’s on it and how to access your billing history.What’s on Your Invoice
Each invoice includes:| Field | Description |

| Invoice Number | Unique identifier for this invoice |
| Invoice Date | When the charge was processed |
| Billing Period | The dates your subscription covers |
| Description | Plan name (e.g., “Rallies Pro - Monthly”) |
| Amount | Total charged |
| Payment Method | Last 4 digits of the card used |
| Status | Paid, Pending, or Failed |
Viewing Your Invoices
On Web
- Click your profile icon → Settings
- Go to “Billing”
- Click “Billing History” or “View Invoices”
- Click any invoice to view details
On Mobile
- Tap Settings → Subscription
- Tap “Billing History”
- Select an invoice to view
Downloading Invoices
To download a PDF invoice:- Go to Settings → Billing → Billing History
- Find the invoice you need
- Click “Download PDF” or the download icon
- Save the file to your device
- Tax records
- Expense reports
- Reimbursement requests

If you didn’t get your invoice email:- Check spam/junk folder - Invoices may be filtered
- Verify your email - Make sure it’s correct in Settings
- Add us to contacts - Whitelist [email protected]
- Download from Settings - Access invoices directly in the app
Discrepancies on Your Invoice
If something looks wrong:- Check the billing period - Make sure dates match your expectation
- Review plan changes - Did you upgrade or downgrade?
- Look for prorations - Mid-cycle changes create partial charges/credits
- Contact support - We’ll investigate any billing issues
